The following are prohibited:

  • Pets obtained through illegal means
  • Endangered or protected species

6. Adoption Process

6.1 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific adoption outcome. All adoptions are subject to approval by the pet owner, shelter, or rescue organization.

6.2 Adoption Agreements

Adoptions may be subject to separate agreements between the adopter and the pet provider. We are not a party to such agreements.

6.3 Fees

Any adoption fees are determined by the pet provider, not by us.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. However, by posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Service.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THE HEALTH, BEHAVIOR, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY PET LISTED ON THE SERVICE. ALL PETS SHOULD BE EVALUATED BY A QUALIFIED VETERINARIAN BEFORE ADOPTION.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
